Ever wonder why you get stuck trying to come up with new creative ideas?

Perhaps it is time you focus your communication on three very important words: How Might We. The more common words to use when trying to come up with new ideas or new ways of doing thing, such as “How can we change this?” or “How should we do this?”, are actually inhibiting the innovation efforts. The reason is that when you are using words like “can” or “should” you are implying judgment. Using a word like “might” opens up for more possibilities. The “How” part refers to that there really are solutions out there.
