IMP3rove Seminar in Stockholm – live report

by Magnus Penker on March 19, 2012

Just entered my seat at the 4th International IMP³rove Roundtable in Stockholm andAndreas Uhmeier  – Head of Business Unit for Innovation at ALMI is giving the welcome speech.

It will be exiting to listen, as a lot of EU Innovation experts are present. Later today the Innovation Radar will be presented which is parallel initiative to the Innovation Navigator, a full-scale commercial system and process, for measuring innovation capabilities.

During the ALMI speech they gave their view on what’s lacking in Sweden’s SMEs – typical Swedish by the way. The statement was that Swedish SMEs is lacking go-to-market and value propositions, however our data at Bearing shows that Swedish SMEs are missing certain “personas” and that’s the root-cause. In a few days our findings will be presented in an article at a Swedish trend-watch site.
